Booking Policy
Prior to booking an appointment
please read carefully the policies below.
Deposit:
New clients require a non-refundable $30 + 5% GST ($31.50)
deposit to secure all appointments.

Cancellations:
Please text 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will be
charged 50% + 5% GST.
No-Shows:
No-shows are charged 50% + 5% GST.
Payment is required before rebooking.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time. Over 10 minutes late will be
rescheduled and considered a no-show.
Waitlist:
If your desired time is unavailable, text or email your name,
phone number, and preferred date/time to be
added to the waitlist.
Payment:
E-transfer, cash, debit, or credit accepted. 5% GST
applies to all services.- Credit cards incur a 2.9% processing fee.
Fill Policy:
40% of lashes must remain for a fill.
Less than 40% requires a full set.
Lash extensions should be maintained every 2–3 weeks.
