Booking Policy​​

Prior to booking an appointment 

please read carefully the policies below.

 

Location:

3500 Portwell Pl - Royal bay Colwood.

( Comfortable Home Base Business )

We have lots of street parking available.

Please text when you arrive.

Booking Deposit:

We require a deposits to secure all appointments

for full sets or other appointments for new clients.

all deposits are non refundable.

$50 deposits + additional 5% gst = $52.50 for all full sets and

$30 deposits + additional 5% gst = $31.50 for all other appointments.

these must be sent 1 hour from booking request sent

or the appointment will not be held.

deposits can be sent via E-transfer to stellettabeauty@gmail.com

Please note: If you are booking only a waxing or tinting service and or a lash removal, a deposit is not required.
​

​New Clients  - Lashes​

All new clients for lash extensions booking a new fill coming from another artist must pay a one time foreign fee of an additional $15.00 on top of their fill price. 
 

Rescheduling/Cancellation

Within 48 hours of your appointment please text or email me directly.

There will be a charged 50% + 5 % gst of the original appointment price.

For a new set, the deposit will be taken and or charged

before you re-book. You will have to resend

a new deposit to book a new appointment.

 

No Shows

All no-shows I'll be charging 50% + 5% gst of the price of your

appointment type.

The payment must be made before you book a new appointment with me.

PLEASE let me know if you cannot make it for your appointment.

Sadly if I don’t work I don’t get paid.

If you have 2 or more no shows you 

will not be able to re-book with Stelletta Beauty.

Late Appointments

For late arrivals, the service time will be reduced accordingly

and you will be required to pay the full price.

Please let me know if you will be

late for your appointment before your scheduled time.

I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment

depending on my schedule.

This will be at my discretion and with

advanced notification of late arrival.

It will be automatically considered as "No show appointment" 

for any appointments 15 mins late.

Wait-list

if my books are closed or you desire a specific time

that's currently booked and you are wanting to keep up with your. appointments,

Please contact us via text or email with

your first name, last name, phone number and desired date and time. You will then be contacted when a space becomes available.

Payment

We accept Cash, Debit, or Credit cards.

No E-transfer payment at appointment unless sent before leaving.

All appointments will require a 5% GST.

All Credit Cards will have a (2.9%) processing fee.

 

All appointments must be booked every 2-3 weeks.

After 4 weeks lashes will be required to pay full set prices.

Please book in advance for all appointments.

- All deposits must be sent through E-transfer after you submit

your appointment request. Deposit will be subtracted from your total.

You'll be paying rest on your appointment day.
